Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or Business Administration and two (2) years directly related work experience in accounting, auditing, finance, and/or budgeting. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling six (6) years may substitute for the required education and experience.
Employment Requirements
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
Working Conditions
Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to Visual/Video Display Terminal (VDT) and extensive personal computer and phone usage. Some sitting, standing, bending and reaching may be required.

- Track and reconcile invoices, payments, and financial deposits in SHARE Financials
- Manage vendor payments, customer collections, and maintain documentation
- Create/manage purchase orders and ensure compliance with procurement policies
- Process travel vouchers, payment vouchers, and support payroll reconciliation
- Assist in financial audits, compliance with regulations, and preparing reports
- Support budgeting, licensing fee reconciliation, and updates
- Prepare journal entries, correct discrepancies, and assist with payroll corrections
- Provide documentation and reconciliations for the annual financial audit
