Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $23.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application). This temporary position will be assigned to the Department of Health and Human Services This position is located at 100 Bonnie Ln suite a, Sylva, NC 28779,.
Work activities include: interacting with consumers individually and in groups, for the purpose of sharing and gathering information/documentation to assist Counselors with determining eligibility, developing individualized plans for employment, and providing vocational rehabilitation services; documenting consumer information, interactions, and services by entering casework data into case management system throughout the rehabilitation process; preparing documents and correspondence, such as purchase authorizations and letters; providing follow-up contact with consumers, employers, vendors, and other agency personnel as needed; assisting Vocational Rehabilitation staff with employment marketing skills workshops, job fairs, or public relations events; providing other support as designated by the Counselor and completing all related administrative tasks.
