This position supports ApprenticeshipNC Staff Consultants/Coordinators and Managers in the following actions:
- Review and process information submitted by staff for completion and accuracy Produce certificates and official documents
- Assist with the implementation of official office procedures and assure compliance, assist with inventory, assist with ordering and keeping inventory for Federal certificates
- File and archive physical and digital documents
- Complete authorization documents based upon information received from staff
- Review for accuracy documents submitted by staff
- This position supports the General public, Apprentices, Businesses and Organizations. Assist in phone, email, physical, and written contact
- Assist in liaison activities for ApprenticeshipNC, NCCCS, and the state of North Carolina or refer externally based on needs Assists in responses to correspondence physical, verbal, in-person, and digital
- Transfer interested party inquiries and needs to the appropriate personnel or answer them directly
- This position supports the governing agencies of the US Department of Labor, the State of North Carolina, the Department of Agriculture, and NC Community College System Office.
- Deliver completed forms, applications, and correspondence as requested
- Provides assistance in Apprenticeship events
- Assist in testing and implementing new methods for changing procedures and inter-departmental correspondence to improve working accuracy, relationships, and efficiencyÂ
- Assist in training and educating staff and stakeholders on current policies and procedures
