The Office Assistant III provides a variety of administrative, clerical and office support duties. This position requires knowledge of the office or work unit policies and procedures in order to communicate information involving programs, functions and services.
Job responsibilities include the following:
- Providing reception and office assistant services to divisional management and professional staff.
- Managing field trip requests for individuals.
- Managing approval of trips and making copies for responsible person and others as noted.
- Assigning vehicles for trips and requisitioning money for residents.
- Distributing funds and reconciling at conclusion of trips.
- Maintaining accurate records of funds and working with the cashier to ensure accurate accounting.
Work Location: Rolling Hills/ 101 Omni
Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday

- Ability to facilitate the flow of work and coordinate office support activities with other staff.

- Demonstrated knowledge of customer service and teamwork.
High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and one year of administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Degrees must be from appropriately accredited colleges or university.
