Design correspondence and then email or send via us mail monthly to all active TRiO SSS participants.
Log and distribute all incoming correspondence for the office.
Prepare travel, timesheets and professional development arrangements for the project director/staff.
Take minutes of staff meetings or other meetings as required.
Maintain up-to-date filing system for all budgetary expenditures.
Independently manage special projects as assigned by the director.
Perform other duties as directed by the project director.
A high school diploma or GED 2 years of related work. Associate degree 2 years of related work.
