The Coordinator of Student Services and Assistant to the Registrar is responsible for administering all transcript functions for the University. This person oversees the document imaging process in the Registrar’s Office and processes requested major and advisor changes. This position supervises all Student Registrar Assistants and ensures coverage for office area. Assists the Registrar as needed with updates to student records.
A bachelor's degree and customer service experience. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required.
Extensive technical knowledge to manage computer operations as it relates to the specific position responsibilities. Understanding of University policy and professional standards are required, as well as strong oral and written communication skills. Must have ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with faculty, administration, staff, students, parents, and the public.
Salary : $32,686 - $60,471
