If so, the SC Department of Social Services has the right job opportunity for you!Job Duties: The Program Coordinators II primary responsible is project management, coordinating and monitoring implementation of new scopes of work related to substance misuse and treatment services.Creates a safety culture around substance misuse and treatment services, to include when it is appropriate to drug screen.Identifies and/or develop applicable resources, tools, trainings and policy that will assist with building a safe culture and understanding of substance misuse and treatment.Approves drug screens that are outside of vendor contract and ensures screens requested are appropriate per agency policy.Collaborates with vendors to problem solve contract issues and barriers to service utilization and oversees vendor contracts.Monitors data and feedback loop to address barriers to practice and office culture issues around substance misuse and treatment.Assists with special projects and assume responsibility for the development, administration, and promotion of those specific projects.Understands and exercise data security and confidentiality in the transfer, disclosure and management of all client and employee personal information.Will be required to perform Red Cross shelter/emergency response duties as directed.

A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and four (4) years of any combination of experience including working with communities on health or social service related matters, social work/case management experience, behavioral health and/or health care.A Master's Degree in Social Work and two (2) years of experience including working with communities on health or social service related matters, social work/case management experience, behavioral health and/or health care.
