Under general supervision,Assist Project Manager with administrative project activities.Manages/serves as project team member on projects with limited scope/minimal complexity.Updates project plans, schedules, and reports.Monitors and reports project spending.Distributes plans, schedules, and reports to project team members. Tracks, updates, maintains project requirements, documentation, issues, funding, risks and supports all project deliverables under direction of project manager.Assists with facilitating/organizing meetings and logistics such as but not limited to: scheduling, reserving meeting rooms and other resources.Prepares meeting minutes and other documentation as required.Assists in needs analysis, provides inspection services during construction phase, preparation of documentation during pre-planning stage, design and construction phases, and manages/coordinates tasks associated with one or more small projects with minimal complexity. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
State of South Carolina Minimum Requirements High school diploma and relevant experience. SCDC Minimum Requirements: (Or an acceptable equivalency as approved by the Division of State Human Resources) A High School Diploma.Ten (10) years related work experience in construction/contract management.ICC Building Inspector license or South Carolina Building Official Certification Required or must obtain within six (6) months of employment.
