The Utah State Hospital is hiring for a Switchboard Operator. This is a part-time position with benefits offered.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains electronic documents for record keeping systems. Sorts, labels, files and retrieves documents, or other materials.
- Communicates regularly with hospital personnel, including updates, codes, and on-call communication, etc
- Performs office tasks such as answering and directing calls, reading and filing emails, greeting visitors, takes and relays messages, responds to requests for information, provides information, etc.
- Work with the Fleet Focus program
- Customer service oriented
- Switchboard is a 24/7 operating department that might require additional shift coverage
