What are the responsibilities and job description for the Therapist-Utah State Hospital position at State of Utah?
- Evaluate and assess the needs of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct individual, family, or group therapy sessions.
- Write therapeutic assessments.
- Coordinate with the unit treatment team regarding treatment.
- Case management duties for patients.
- Licensed in the State of Utah as one of the following: CSW, ACMHC, LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT
- Empathetic and passionate about working with mentally ill patients.
- Experience creating social history profiles.
- Current license, including LCSW, CSW, CMHC, LMFT
- Proficient in conducting productive therapeutic group sessions
