The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has an exciting opportunity within our Information Technology Division (ITD). This position serves as the Land Agreement Management System (LAMS) system administrator, a Software-as-a-Services (SaaS) cloud-based application. This position is responsible for administering, supporting, optimizing, and maintaining Enkon’s cloud-based Integral-LIS platform to support the Agency’s enterprise land agreement operational and strategic needs. This position ensures the LAMS implementation of the Integral-LIS SaaS platform is secure, reliable, and effectively integrated with other DNR enterprise systems. This role includes traditional systems administration responsibilities, adapted to the modern cloud-based environment. This position delivers technical solutions that achieve high system performance, efficient user management, and compliance with agency and statewide policies. This position will also provide custom reports, using the reporting tool to provide reports requested by users that do not require Enkon to develop.Responsibilities:
  • Provide LAMS system support as the SaaS (Enkon Integral-LIS) System Administrator.
  • Deliver the technical solutions for configuring, deploying, and maintaining the LAMS SaaS platform to meet business requirements. 
  • Perform system monitoring by tracking the health and performance of the LAMS system, ensuring uptime and availability. 
  • Provide LAMS Business Analysis support, including gathering system requirements from the business customers and documenting functional and technical requirements for LAMS SaaS application configurations.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 production support for the LAMS application, addressing escalated issues from the LAMS / NaturE Support Team (NST).
  • Provide some LAMS Identity and Access Management (IAM) support, such as administering user accounts, roles, permissions, and policies for the LAMS system.
Required Qualifications: 
  • A Bachelor of Science degree in computer systems, information systems, or related field, AND 4 years of experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) platform system administration and support, PowerShell, Python, or other scripting language, SQL (PL-SQL, T-SQL or other query language), and IT system troubleshooting;
    OR a combination of education and/or experience equivalent.
  • Experience with business analysis, including working with business and IT stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.
  • Experience managing SaaS configurations, deployments, patches, and upgrade/update management.
  • Experience with SaaS platform architecture and SaaS integration.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., DNS, TCP/IP, VPN) for ensuring SaaS connectivity and performance.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with ITSM (IT Service Management) tools (e.g., Zendesk) for incident, change, and problem management.
  • Familiarity with the ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) framework and processes.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools for managing cloud environments.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g, Scrum, Kanban).
