Our agency is looking to fill a full-time, permanent Office Assistant (OA3) vacancy within the Community Corrections Division. This position works for the Olympia Central Field Office located at the 715 8th Ave SE Olympia, WA 98504.Under general supervision from the Secretary Supervisor, this position performs a variety of complex clerical projects and assignments for the Secretary Supervisor, Community Corrections Supervisor (CCS), and several Community Corrections Officers (CCOs). This position maintains supervised individuals Field Files (FFs) and information; processes a variety of correspondence; conducts research via various databases; and provides customer service in a collaborative effort to improve public safety.
