The Division of Enterprise Operations (DEO) administers enterprise policies governing procurement, risk management, and continuity of operations planning; provides services to DOA and other agencies in the areas of financial management, procurement, risk management, continuity of operations planning, and the State Prosecutors Program; and facilitates opportunities for diverse businesses to sell goods and services to state agencies.

Position Summary
Under the general direction of the Administrator, this position serves as the Deputy Division Administrator and is responsible for a broad range of duties, including: manage the operations and staff of the Division of Enterprise Operations; develop and manage the implementation of Division policies, goals, objectives, plans and budgets; serve as liaison with other organizations within and outside the Department; and conduct studies, investigations, assessments or other functions as directed by the Administrator.

This position is headquartered at 101 E. Wilson Madison, WI in the Department of Administration Building. This position is required to work in the office a minimum of one day per week with the option to work remotely the rest of the week.
Qualifications
Minimally qualified applicants have experience with each of the following:
- Developing, implementing, and overseeing annual or biennial operating budgets
- Business relationship management (e.g. working with customers and businesses for inter-business activities, acting as point of contact, business liaison, or similar)
- Policy development/implementation (e.g. providing input on policy recommendations to individuals or organizations, implementing policies and procedures for an organization, interpreting policies and procedures to advise managers, or similar)
- Personnel supervision and management
In addition, well-qualified applicants will have experience with one or more of the following:
- Biennial budget processes in the public sector with multiple funding sources or federal funds
- Organizational management experience
- Computer skills: including experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, & Word), procurement systems (e.g. VendorNet, WisBuy, etc.), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g. PeopleSoft, or similar)
