State Technical College of Missouri is accepting applications for full time, 9-month annual contract, exempt, and benefit eligible lab instructor position for the Heavy Equipment Operations program. Required Qualifications: Required qualifications include a minimum of five years of experience in the Commercial Driver’s License; as well as excellent communication, computer, and interpersonal skills. Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations. Valid Commercial Driver’s License.

Preferred Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include prior teaching/training experience; especially in a hands-on or vocational setting; as well as five or more years of related work experience in Class A CDL.

Job Responsibilities: This position would assist Lead Commercial Driver's License instructors and may include the following topics: safety practices and protocols to ensure a safe learning environment, and the ability to work well with a diverse group of students, including those with varying levels of experience and learning styles.
