States Manufacturings seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. This is a pivotal role within our organization where you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve our ambitious targets. As a Sales Manager, you will leverage your expertise in managing a diverse sales team, implementing innovative sales strategies, and nurturing client relationships to increase market share.   • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives to meet individual and team sales goals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new potential clients, build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company's overall goals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to upper management, highlighting performance metrics, market trends, and areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management position.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and data analysis.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Additional Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of Electrical Power Distribution Equipment preferred.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong math skills
  • Strong organizational, supervisory, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and supervise others work.
