- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives to meet individual and team sales goals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new potential clients, build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company's overall goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to upper management, highlighting performance metrics, market trends, and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management position.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and data analysis.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
