What You’ll Do:

- Lead a small team of cleaners, ensuring high-quality service on every job.

- Train new team members on our cleaning techniques and safety practices.

- Oversee daily tasks to ensure all clients’ expectations are met or exceeded.

- Communicate with clients and management staff to maintain smooth operations.

- Perform cleaning duties alongside the team to ensure everything is completed on time.

- Troubleshoot any issues that arise, handling them with professionalism and care.

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous cleaning or leadership experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.

- Ability to manage time and schedules efficiently.

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
