Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups.
- Manage the flow of information with accuracy and in a timely manner across the organization.
- Oversee executives’ calendars, coordinate meetings, and manage travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Act as the office manager by maintaining office supplies and handling common office space needs.
- Prepare and format internal and external communication materials such as memos, emails, presentations, reports, and contracts.
- Record minutes during key meetings and distribute summaries.
- Organize and maintain the office filing system to ensure documents are easily accessible and up to date.
- Handle expense reports and manage executive requests related to expenditures.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as directed by executives to support the broader needs of the business.
- 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Military experience is a plus.
- Estimated Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 USD.
- Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and qualifications.
- The salary range refers to base salary only and is not inclusive of the total compensation package.
