Responsibilities
- Prepares monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Prepares journal entries to record deposits, job costing activities, and other financial transactions
- Reconciles account balances and researches variances
- Performs internal audits of business processes, documents findings, and recommends process improvements
- Supports the development and implementation of efficient operational systems and processes
- Organizes data and designs reports to provide timely and accurate information to company leadership
- Leads special assignments as necessary
Skills
- BA/BS in an Accounting or Finance related field
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to make quick and effective decisions and solve problems
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to organize data
- Accountability and superior customer service focus
