Responsibilities
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process customer transactions and manage cash handling.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
- Engage in upselling and sales strategies to enhance customer experience and drive revenue.
- Manage relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
