About Us:

At Staybridge Suites, we strive to create a home-like atmosphere for our guests. We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to lead our front desk team!

Your Role:

As the Front Desk Manager, you will:

- Oversee front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

- Manage the check-in and check-out process while addressing guest inquiries and concerns.

- Train, mentor, and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service.

- Handle scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations for front desk associates.

- Maintain accurate records and reports regarding daily operations.

What We’re Looking For:

- Prior experience in hotel is essential.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.

- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
