What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create and roll out innovative sales strategies that help us hit our revenue goals.
- Build great relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and local businesses.
- Team up with our marketing crew to come up with fun and effective promotional campaigns.
- Keep an eye on market trends and find exciting opportunities for growth.
- Lead and inspire our sales team to reach new heights together.
- Dive into sales performance metrics to understand what’s working and where we can improve.
- Get out there in the community by attending networking events and representing Staybridge Suites at industry gatherings.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales with a track record of success.
- A proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Fantastic communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM software.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays when needed.
