Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership :
Develop and execute company-wide strategies that align with organizational goals and drive sustainable growth.
Lead market analysis and competitive assessments to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation.
Partner with executive leadership to define long-term vision and operational priorities.
Operational Excellence :
Oversee end-to-end operational processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment across product development, marketing, and sales teams.
Implement scalable systems and workflows to support rapid growth and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver on key projects, including product launches and brand campaigns.
Brand Strategy :
Craft innovative brand strategies that enhance market positioning and resonate with target consumers.
Leverage consumer insights to develop brand narratives, messaging, and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure consistency in brand representation.
Performance Measurement :
Establish and track KPIs to evaluate the success of strategic and operational initiatives.
Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and optimize performance across departments.
Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications : Required :
8 years of experience in strategy, operations, or brand leadership roles, ideally within the CPG or health technology industries.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies in a high-growth environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in leveraging data for decision-making.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams.
Preferred :
Passion for health, wellness, and wearable technology, with an understanding of consumer trends in the space.
Experience implementing operational frameworks in rapidly scaling organizations.
Strong understanding of CPG industry dynamics, including supply chain, marketing, and product development.
