A well-established law firm in Towson, MD, is seeking a Transactional Attorney to join its team. Our firm provides comprehensive legal services in corporate and business law, criminal law, family law, litigation, medical malpractice and personal injury, real estate, tax, and trusts and estates.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel on corporate and business transactions, including entity formation, contract drafting, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance matters.
- Handle real estate transactions, including commercial and residential closings, lease agreements, and financing transactions.
- Advise clients on tax planning and estate planning matters, including trust and estate administration.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other transactional documents.
- Work collaboratively with other practice groups, including litigation, personal injury, and family law, to support clients’ legal needs.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Maryland Bar.
- 2-6 years of experience in transactional law, preferably in corporate/business law, real estate, or trusts and estates.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.
