Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely estimates for specialty deck from contract drawings and specifications
- Utilize Bluebeam, Excel and proprietary software
- Track all addendums and revisions prior to bid time
- Work with engineering and project management to achieve accurate design and efficiency
- Maintain constant communication with sales team and DSM’s
- Other duties as necessary
Qualifications
- Read and understand contract drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of Bluebeam, Salesforce and Excel software
- Understand how to track, download and properly store drawings
- Understand company and industry practices
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Work in a fast paced environment to accurately and efficiently meet or exceed all deadline requirements
- Two year Arch/Eng design related degree or prior structural and/or joist estimating or detailing experience
