Key Responsibilities: 

• Precision in Estimation: Utilize your meticulous attention to detail to accurately assess project requirements, analyze data, and formulate cost estimates. Your ability to delve deep into project intricacies will ensure our estimates are not only accurate but also comprehensive. 
• Problem-Solving Mastery: Embrace challenges as opportunities to shine. As an integral part of our team, you'll encounter a variety of obstacles that require innovative solutions. Your problem-solving skills will drive our projects forward, ensuring smooth operations and successful outcomes. 
• Collaborative Excellence: Forge strong partnerships across departments, working closely with designers, our sales team, and CAD engineers in an effort win more business. Your collaborative approach will facilitate seamless communication and foster a unified team environment, where everyone's contributions are valued and respected. 

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in estimation or related field is preferred, but not at all mandatory. We welcome candidates with a passion for learning and a drive to excel.  We will teach you if you are eager and capable of learning.  
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address intricate project requirements. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to think critically and creatively. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies.  We use a system we can train you on, but if you love spreadsheets and analytics that is a bonus.
