What You’ll Do
• Drive New Business: Identify, prospect, and close deals with hospital executives, department heads, and other key stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for meeting (and exceeding) quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Own the Sales Cycle: From initial prospecting to final contract, you’ll leverage your consultative approach to uncover pain points, provide product demos, and negotiate contracts that benefit both the client and the company.
• Build Lasting Relationships: Develop deep relationships with hospital leaders to position our solutions as indispensable to their strategic goals.
• Employ Your Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of hospital purchasing processes and decision-making criteria to shorten sales cycles and maximize revenue.
• Apply MEDDIC Methodology: Use MEDDIC or similar consultative frameworks to identify key metrics, economic buyers, and decision criteria.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure a seamless client experience from prospect to implementation.
What We’re Looking For
• Hunter Mindset: You proactively seek out new opportunities, take initiative, and thrive on hitting ambitious targets.
• Hospital Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience selling to hospitals and health systems. Familiarity with hospital supply chain and clinical workflows is crucial.
• Consultative Sales Skills: You’re adept at asking the right questions, listening intently, and tailoring solutions to specific client needs.
• MEDDIC / Comparable Background: Experience with the MEDDIC framework (or similar) to qualify deals and manage complex sales processes.
• Local to Dallas: Our ideal candidate is based in Dallas, TX, and can easily travel regionally.
• Excellent Communication: Ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels, from clinicians to executive leadership.
• Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best client outcomes.
