Responsibilities include:
- Facilitating follow-up on internet leads by calling, texting, and emailing a customer in a timely manner, including videos
- Inbound & Outbound communication on new and pre-owned vehicle inquiries
- Projecting a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from customers, and providing general or related vehicle information
- Scheduling appointments for the Sales and Service Department
- Accurately gathering, entering, and utilizing customer data within a specified computer program.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in their Ability on the Phone & Texting
- Computer literacy, organizational skills, and attention to detail
