Responsibilities
- Develop and support OCM and communication strategies for ServiceNow platform users.
- Identify and engage stakeholders and conduct needs assessments.
- Identify changes to address through training and communications.
- Manage changes to the platform, roles, responsibilities, processes, workflows, technology, tools, and organizational structure.
- Create a robust communication plan with clear objectives, audience, channels, cadence, feedback loop, and measures of effectiveness.
- Develop a comprehensive training plan with various methods (demos, videos, lunch & learn, Degreed), schedules, materials, and evaluations.
- Collaborate with teams and key stakeholders to understand key messages and create appropriate communications.
- Coordinate with Employee Communications for publication support.
- Develop a diverse range of communications, including emails, articles, infographics, video scripts, brochures, etc.
- Identify opportunities for new communication channels or methods.
- Stay updated on industry communication standards and trends to support program objectives.
Experience Required
- Working with an IT organization, communicating technical instructions/information
- Self-starter, highly motivated, team player, and able to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly messaging.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and collaboration skills.
