- Assist in menu planning, ensuring variety and adherence to dietary requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the highest quality of food service.
- Participate in catering events as required, providing excellent service to guests.
- Support the dietary department by preparing meals that meet specific nutritional needs.
Skills
- Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking techniques.
