- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Validate and refine requirements to align with business needs.
- Act as a bridge between business and IT teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define and implement system changes.
- Collaborate with technical teams on solution design and execution.
- Support project planning, execution, and tracking.
- Manage action items and follow-ups across IT, QA, business teams, and vendors.
- Document system architecture, integrations, and configurations.
- Assist in system maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
- Analyze trends and insights to support business decision-making.
