Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Process Consultant with hands-on experience in documenting As-Is processes, identifying operational pain points, and designing To-Be workflows within the Auto-Finance Title Management domain. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of industry best practices and proven success interfacing with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document current (As-Is) business processes.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose actionable, industry-aligned solutions.
- Design and document future-state (To-Be) processes for Title Management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
- Present insights and recommendations effectively to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Auto-Finance Title Management is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of best practices in Title Mgmt processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working in a global delivery (onsite-offshore) model.
