Job Title: Learning Experience Designer

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and proficiency with RGA systems using both group and individual training methods. Apply recognized adult learning techniques to encourage participation in learning programs.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify business-specific system details and design comprehensive training programs, including setting learning objectives, creating handouts, job aids, user manuals, technical communications, and other relevant materials.
- Partner with Business Units to create and update end-user documentation for system updates and enhancements, ensuring they support standard procedures and boost employee productivity and accuracy.
- Design and administer pre- and post-course assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring they meet or exceed learning objectives.
- Work with Business Units to identify training needs, deliver solutions, evaluate job performance improvements post-training, and adjust programs as necessary based on feedback and assessments.
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
- Perform additional duties and projects as required.
Requirements
Education:
- Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Preferred: Knowledge of the financial services industry
Experience:
- Required: 3-5 years of platform training experience
- Preferred: Over 4 years experience in developing, deploying, and facilitating training across various mediums within a business environment
Skills and Abilities:
Required:
- Proficiency with Articulate 360 Suite (Storyline & Rise) or Adobe Captivate
- Basic skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate skills in SQL and query writing
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Basic skills in designing learning materials and project management
- Experience with e-learning development tools
