StellarMettle is seeking a Project Manager / Estimator who will be responsible for creating cost estimates for new builds and roof replacement projects, while also managing the assigned projects to meet company goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop accurate cost estimates and submit them for approval.
- Manage projects to ensure deadlines and budget objectives are achieved.
- Review and approve financial documents such as invoices, material slips, purchase orders, contracts, and proposals for adherence to company guidelines and project scopes.
- Address and resolve customer disputes and overdue accounts effectively.
- Maintain and protect company assets, including equipment, vehicles, and adherence to policies.
- Track labor and material expenses to control project costs.
- Prepare and process invoices for contract-based and time-and-material projects.
- Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors throughout project phases, such as scheduling, quality control, change orders, and submittals.
- Respond professionally to client inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
