Processing vehicle title transfers: Completing all necessary paperwork for new and used title transfers
Customer interaction: Answering customer questions regarding vehicle titles and registration processes
Office administration: Maintaining filing systems, ordering office supplies, managing inventory
Data entry: Entering and updating information in spreadsheets and databases
Record transactions: Record daily financial transactions, such as receipts and payments
Required skills:
- Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in data entry and document preparation
- Data entry proficiency: Efficiently inputting data into computer systems with accuracy including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organizational skills: Maintaining accurate records, prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines
