Senior Software Engineer (.Net) / Lead Offshore Technical Lead

Candidates must have Offshore Technical Lead experience. Mid-Level developer is okay as long as they can manage the Offshore Team
Technical knowledge includes : C#, ASP.NET,REST ASPI,.NET Core / .NET Framework, SQL Server 2008 or newer programming (stored procedures, database design, SSIS, etc.), MVC, JQuery, JavaScript, Web Services, Microservices, Angular, TFS, HTML, CSS, XML, LINQ & Entity Framework a plus
Team is .Net some SSIS packages, Power BI reports, gathering requirement- collaboration, external API integration.
Analysis and research- especially with API integration
Mid-level SQL Server background is a major plus.
Writing stored procedures and data analysis.
Multiple projects- some ongoing.
Support existing applications.
Angular- important in case of legacy application migration
MS Azure
Razor is plus- 1 specific project
Offshore teams- size varies from 4-8 people .
Position Overview & Responsibilities :
Develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle. Takes ownership of the project.
Translate and document business needs into technical requirements using deep dive sessions with business and technical teams.
Define standard development practices to follow and gate check development milestones for compliance.
Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
Improves operations by conducting systems analysis, recommending changes in policies and procedures.
Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment, participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Protects projects by keeping confidential information.
Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and support issues.
Accomplishes technical and organizational mission by delivering project milestones as agreed.
Support and develop software developers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements :
7 years of practical experience as a .NET (version 6 or higher) Developer, both on front and back end.
Advanced knowledge of object-oriented concepts, design patterns and development processes
Grounded understanding of iterative development practices, including Agile, SCRUM, etc.
Experience developing test cases.
TDD is a plus.
Experience with regulated application development (HIPAA, PCI) are a plus.
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
Skills & Abilities :
