Receptionist
E & S Residential Care Services is looking for a full-time receptionist seeking a bright and energetic person who can multi-task in a fast-paced working environment.
Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Answering Phones
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Informs company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Setting up employee files and any other duties as assigned.
- Filing
- Scheduling appointment
- Excel Spreadsheets ( Create and maintain)
- Scheduling staff
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Work Hours & Benefits
Hours and Days will be: M-F - 8 am-5 pm
17.50 per hour
Vacation 1 Week ( After one year of employment) is Based on full-time employment.
Medical and Dental after 60 days ( 68% is coverage by the employer)

- Familiarity with phone systems
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office software preferred
