We are growing and adding clients regularly, and have need of a Technical Alignment Manager (TAM) (L2)
Summary
As a full-time L2 Technical Alignment Manager (TAM), you will be the primary technical resource assigned to a particular set of clients and will use your knowledge, problem solving skills and expertise to successfully deploy Windows PC’s, provide help-desk support for Windows-based systems, implementations, various upgrades and other project related support. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated IT professional looking for high-level mentorship and career growth.
This is an on-site, full-time (M-F, 7am - 5pm) position with occasional evening/weekend work for time sensitive projects.
Daily you will proactively:
- Perform Help Desk support for Windows-based systems
- Configure and deploy windows PC’s
- Provide support for new applications and upgrades to existing systems
- Create and implement solutions to technical issues and implement new systems or infrastructure changes
- Apply critical systems updates and proactively implement corrective actions to prevent systems failure
- Prepare for disaster recovery and ensure that appropriate backups are completed and tested
- Troubleshoot software and hardware failures and identify network issues
- Establish and maintain security and integrity controls
- Effectively execute service offerings and communicate their value to clients
- Assist with new client onboarding and system documentation
- Assist the project team with IT equipment installation and configuration
- Participate in the recurring on-call rotation for afterhours support.
- Support other team members with occasional coverage needs
To thrive in this role you must have:
- The ability to lift up to 50lbs related to equipment transport and installation
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field), or relevant work experience.
- minimum of 4 years’ technical experience with increasing responsibility
- Experience with Windows-based production environments
- Understanding and administration of network services (TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, etc)
- The ability to lift a minimum of 50 LBS
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for transportation
- A positive attitude and ambition to be a team player supporting company goals
