Title : Customer Service Representative
Location : Wood Dale, IL
Hire Type : Direct Hire
Salary : $60-65K yrly
Must have : experience within a manufacturing environment
Misc : This role is 100% on-site
Summary : Handle all customer contacts received by telephone relative to customer service. Process customer orders and resolve any and all customer issues that surface after the order is accepted. Assist with quotation and new customer follow up. Ability to perform in a fast paced make to order manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Receive and respond to all customer inquires thereby assuring customer satisfaction.
- Processing customer orders including entry, tracking and maintenance as needed.
- Processing of all customer shipments after receipt of manufacturing order from the Quality Control Department
- Routing of all stock to the appropriate stockroom locations within the building
- Make shipping arrangements for customer orders and handle all appropriate paperwork
- Respond to customer complaints in conjunction with appropriate sales and manufacturing personnel with the goal of resolution. Refer matter to supervisor if resolution cannot be accomplished.
- Post sale follow up with customers to monitor customer satisfaction especially on first time orders.
- Expediting orders for the assigned territory.
Qualifications :
