Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (6-Month Contract)
Pay: $22 - $27/hr

What You’ll Do:
- Process high-volume invoices with accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Manage vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and perform statement reconciliations
- Handle payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers
- Assist with month-end closing, accruals, and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline AP processes.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and industry regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of accounts payable experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
- Proficiency in AP processes, general accounting principles, and financial reporting
- Experience handling high-volume invoices and vendor management
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines
