Main Duties
- Sales Strategy
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
- Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their automation needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of Account Management and/or Business Development experience within a custom equipment manufacturer.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingsness to travel nationally up to 50%
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
