Entry Level AutoCAD Drafter
Location: Baltimore, MD
Type: Long Term Contract
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop equipment layouts and design electrical systems for large-scale utility infrastructure projects.
· Create comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOMs) and construction drawings.
· Manage project timelines and ensure smooth coordination with construction crews, clients, and internal/external stakeholders.
· Possess a deep understanding of power distribution systems and best practices in electrical design.
· Utilize your expertise to research design challenges, propose solutions, and craft detailed recommendations.
· Leverage your proficiency in AutoCAD or MicroStation or AS8 (Asset Suite 8) to produce high-quality electrical design drawings.
· Maintain clear and concise communication (written and oral) throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
· Must have 0-2 years of experience in autoCAD design
Hold a valid US Driver's License for potential site visits.
Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience
· Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment.
