Manufacturing Process Optimizer
\Sterling Engineering is seeking a Manufacturing Process Optimizer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing engineering and manufacturing process optimizations that boost efficiency and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Existing Product Design & Process Optimization: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and reliability.
- New Product Innovation & Development: Assist in the design, prototyping, and testing of custom-engineered systems, source and qualify high-performance components, and document components, assembly specifications, and manufacturing processes.
- Quality & Continuous Improvement: Develop and refine office and production processes to enhance both quality and productivity, conduct failure analysis, implement corrective and preventive actions, and drive customer satisfaction through superior product performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or Electrical Engineering with a strong mechanical background) with a background in heating or cooling, HVAC or thermodynamics.
Passion for manufacturing, product design, and process efficiency.
A problem-solving mindset with a drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
