What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Processor position at Sterling Office Professionals?
Sterling Office Professionals has teamed up with our client in the Greater Pittsburgh area whom is a full-service title insurance agency and real estate closing company in search of a Title Processor.
Job Details:
- Direct Hire
- Daylight Shift Monday – Friday
- Salary 75000
- Experience in the title insurance industry is required.
- Experience with Softpro products is a plus but not a requirement.
- Experience with Microsoft Office -Outlook/Excel/Word - is a requirement.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Title clearance, preparation of Closing Disclosures, ALTA, Preliminary CD’s.
- Request mortgage payoffs, lien releases and clear judgments.
- Put together Lender/Loan Documents for closing, prepare deeds and title documents.
- Follow up on lien letters, dye tests and tax certifications.
- Assist where needed in the office including post-closing loan packages
- Communicate with realtors/lenders/loan officers
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma
- 2 – 4 years’ experience
