Established in 1956 by Dr. Hirlye Lutz, Lutz Family Dentistry is a multi-dentist practice serving families in Southwest Virginia. We offer a wide range of services including pediatric and adult care, fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, implants, and others. We are seeking an office receptionist and accounts coordinator to work Monday through Thursday. Candidates with prior dental assisting experience will be given priority. Position responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients as they arrive and answering the phones.
- Scheduling patient appointments and referrals.
- Completing and filing insurance forms and dental billing records.
- Collects deductibles and co-payments for rendered services.
- Coordinates with patients regarding insurance preauthorization for procedures.
- Enters insurance payments to patient accounts
