Business Analyst - Product

We have a fast paced and fast growing client that is looking to bring on a Technology Business Analyst that will be a key player in the rollout of their new system.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the PAS.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications for development and configuration.
• Identify gaps in current processes and recommend solutions.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the liaison between business users, technical teams, and vendors.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across underwriting, claims, actuarial, and IT departments.
• System Implementation and Configuration:
• Work closely with vendors and IT teams to configure the PAS according to documented requirements.
• Ensure the system supports key functions like policy issuance, endorsements, cancellations, renewals, billing, and reporting.
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
• Develop and execute test cases and scenarios to validate the system.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with end-users and ensure data integrity during migration.
• Training and Documentation:
• Create training materials and system documentation for end-users.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of the PAS across the organization.
