What are the responsibilities and job description for the Of Counsel Attorney position at Stevens & Legal?
Looking for an of counsel attorney for our overflow of landlord tenant cases, as well as a variety of other case types. The firm has offices in Eugene and Hillsboro that can be used for depositions and client meetings as needed.
As in an independent contractor where you are paid only for the revenue you generate. Ideally this would be an additional revenue stream for you, though it could easily generate enough revenue to be a full-time position. One of our current of counsel attorneys has averaged about $60k each of the last three years working about 5-10 hours per week from home.
We also can mentor and teach you how to handle litigation and landlord-tenant law. Then, when needed, assist with appearances and trial (on limited basis), plus an extensive archive of work product for litigation in general, as well as landlord-tenant cases.
We handle employment, landlord-tenant, and small business matters for the majority of our work. Must be an Oregon licensed attorney with PLF coverage.
