Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional individual to spearhead our clients’ experiences, oversee daily administrative operations, and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and customer service skills. They will also have experience in multitasking, managing schedules, and maintaining effective communication across departments. This role is essential for fostering a positive client experience, productive work environment, and supporting the overall goals of Stewart Construction.
The role you’ll contribute:
Client Coordination
· Provide excellent customer service to all potential, existing, and previous clients with every interaction
· Professionally greet/assist walk-in clients and answer the phone/voicemails/written communication
· Monitor the general information email for client web inquiries
Office Management
· Manage/order office supplies and equipment
· Scheduling and coordinating meetings
· Light housekeeping (coordinate cleaner days, take out trash, & load dishwasher)
· Maintain & update various spreadsheets used for project tracking
· Assist in onboarding new hires
· Manage company cell phones & GPS systems
Assist Production team
· Call clients with schedule updates
· File & coordinate permits
· Update and maintain construction management software
Assist Design team
· Coordinate between design and marketing team as needed
· Help tidy Showroom and keep organized
Assist Accounting team
· Take client payments and provide receipts
Required:
Previous customer service (3yrs minimum)
Positive attitude
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Consistent ability to get to work
High School Degree or GED
Preferred:
Some college or degree
Competency with construction management software
