FULLTIME POSITION
- Schedule will vary depending on hospital events
- 36 to 40 hours per week
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for collaborating with volunteers and donors, the operations and success of the Auxiliary and organizing events and fundraisers in conjunction with the Auxiliary and oversight of day-to-day operations of the gift shop.
Other responsibilities include:
- Foster a feeling or pride and worth in our volunteers and donors with an emphasis on cultivation, recognition and appreciation.
- Serve as the primary contact for Auxiliary members and volunteers
- Oversight of day-to-day gift shop operations and finances, auxiliary membership drive and planning for programs and recognition events and other donor recognition/ stewardship events
- Assist with student programs at Stewart Memorial.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Associate degree with 3 years of experience related to position.
- Ability to establish relationships, cultivate and build gifts from donors
- Retail sales and marketing ability
- This individual will be able to exercise good judgment in problem situations, perform multiple tasks and pay close attention to detail, create a positive work environment, display professional maturity, organize and utilize time effectively, foster collaboration with teammates to complete projects and goals, promote team spirit, be aware of deadlines and able to prioritize work.
