We are seeking highly motivated Manager Trainees to join our fast-track training program at Stewart's Shops.
About the Role
As a Manager Trainee, you will work closely with Shop Managers to learn and master our operational standards and procedures with the goal of becoming a Shop Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Effectively communicate with partners, senior management, and district staff to drive business results.
- Perform shop duties including food preparation, ice cream scooping, customer transactions, stock replenishment, housekeeping, and more.
