Role Overview
This role supports the Property Manager Expert by managing daily property operations—such as lease renewals, inspections, maintenance coordination, and accurate financial tracking—while ensuring timely repairs and fostering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Greet people visiting the office
- Assists Property Manager Expert
- Lease renewals
- Property inspections
- Ensure tenants comply with insurance
- Proactive approach to all maintenance
- Ensure repairs are handled promptly
- Confirm invoice accuracy
- Involvement with investor education
- Request Google reviews

How To Be Successful in This Role
- Embrace Our Customer-First Philosophy: Ensure client satisfaction through timely responses and clear communication.
- Proactive Operations Management: Oversee lease renewals, property inspections, and maintenance coordination to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Invoice Accuracy & Coordination: Confirm that each maintenance invoice accurately reflects the work completed, promptly address any discrepancies, and coordinate with additional vendors for any outstanding tasks.
- Timely Repair Coordination: Act quickly to address maintenance issues and schedule repairs, minimizing downtime for residents.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Communicate transparently with residents and investors to build lasting trust and satisfaction.
- Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with the Property Manager Expert and team members to resolve challenges and optimize property performance.
Requirements:
- Valid Drivers License
- Reliable form of transportation
